Therapy for teens, young adults, women, and couples
Andrea Brown, MS, LPC
You do not have to make sense of your story alone.

Sometimes the past keeps showing up in the present.
You may understand that a pattern is not helping, yet still find yourself repeating it. Family expectations, betrayal, grief, self-doubt, or a season of change can make it hard to know what you feel, what you need, or how to move forward.
Andrea believes every story deserves to be heard in a place where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. You do not need perfect words or a polished version of what happened. You only need a place to begin.
Therapy that helps you reconnect with yourself
Andrea works collaboratively and adapts therapy to the person in front of her. Her approach is relational, holistic, trauma-informed, and experiential. She draws from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral tools, psychodynamic insight, and body based regulation to help clients understand the connection between their experiences, emotions, relationships, and choices.
Sessions are thoughtful and compassionate, but they are also active. Together, you may explore the story beneath a current struggle, notice patterns in real time, practice healthier boundaries, and build the emotional steadiness needed for lasting change.
