Availability varies by therapist. It depends on which clinician you are matched with and how flexible your availability is. If you need to be seen sooner, say so when you call and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Stillwaters is an outpatient counseling practice and is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or unable to stay safe, call 911 or call or text 988.
We work with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare or UMR, and Fox Everett. Participation varies by clinician and by plan, so call us and we will confirm your benefits before your first session.

You will hear from our intake coordinator by phone or email within one business day of your inquiry.

We Ask a Few Questions
Our intake coordinator will ask briefly about what brings you in, your insurance or payment preference, and any therapist preferences you have.

We Match You
Based on your answers, we recommend the right therapist from our team. You are never just assigned to whoever has an opening.

You Come In
First session is an intake session. We listen, we ask, and we collaborate with you on a plan. No homework assigned on day one.

We Make the Cost Conversation Easy.
In-Network Insurance
We accept BCBS, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare/UMR, and Fox Everett.
Out-of-Network
We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. We do not verify benefits or guarantee reimbursement, but we can help you understand what to ask your insurer.
Self-Pay
Options available. Please call to discuss rates and sliding scale availability.
Church Referral Rate
If you were referred by a partner church, please mention this when you call.
