You can look capable and still feel overwhelmed.
Many teens and women carry a full schedule, strong expectations, and the needs of everyone around them while quietly losing touch with their own limits. Anxiety, perfectionism, conflict with parents, or a change in the family can make even ordinary decisions feel heavy.
Kelsey meets clients where they are and helps them identify the thoughts, relationship patterns, and habits that are keeping them stuck. Her goal is not to hand you a generic formula. It is to help you define what a life worth living looks like for you and take realistic steps toward it.
Clear goals, practical skills, and healthier patterns
Kelsey uses cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational, narrative, and solution focused approaches. Sessions may include identifying unhelpful thought patterns, learning emotional regulation skills, practicing boundaries, or preparing for a difficult conversation.
Her experience with adolescents, women, parents, and families makes her especially attentive to the pressures of identity development, changing family roles, school and athletic performance, caregiving, and the many transitions that reshape adult life.
