Knowing the pattern is not always enough to change it.

You may see the same conflict, fear, or self defeating response happening again and again. Perhaps grief changed your family, anxiety narrowed your world, or a relationship has become defined by misunderstanding. Insight matters, but most people also need a trusted partner and a practical path forward.

J brings the patience of a shepherd to therapy. He creates space for people who need time to find their words, while helping them move toward clearer choices, healthier relationships, and a more intentional life.

A steady partnership focused on real change

J's approach is client-centered, strength based, and solution focused. He draws from cognitive behavioral, narrative, motivational, family systems, and parts informed tools to help clients understand themselves more deeply and take the next useful step.

With more than 20 years in helping roles, including extensive work with teenagers, J understands that people rarely need another lecture. They need to feel heard, identify what matters most, and practice new ways of responding to the pressures in front of them.
